Had an amazing experience here! I was able to walk right in and get a haircut immediately. Van did a phenomenal job—she was incredibly meticulous and took her time to make sure everything was perfect. She listened closely to exactly what I wanted and checked in with me throughout the cut. Left looking incredibly sharp with a perfect fade in the back and a clean disconnected look on the sides. Everyone was so friendly and the whole experience was easy and comfortable. Went for shampoo and cut. I would like to go every day for a shampoo it was so nice. The haircut was done to my specifications. The student's name is Katty if you want to ask for her. Different student on this visit. Still great service. Went in on Saturday at about 2. School closes at 4. Student washed my hair, but instructor did the cut. Lovely cut, nice shampoo. Same service on this visit with Jessica. Friendly, did as I asked. Great blow out. ~ Patsy G

I just got a haircut from a student at this school and I could not be happier! I don't think that in my 40+ years of getting haircuts have I ever seen someone who clearly cared as much as this young man. I wish I had gotten his name so I could mention it in this review, but for anyone looking for a haircut near Clairemont, I highly recommend checking them out. I would leave more than 5 stars, but they won't let me. ~ Chris W

Fabulous find in quaint Clairemont. It offers all the beauty functions of a Salon but at discounted prices. The work is done by advanced students under close supervision by their teachers. The result is good; however, be patient because the treatments (mani-pedi-haircuts-tinting, etc) can take a bit longer. Also, most students do not speak English, but the teachers do. ~ Ruth J

This is a really good school. The teachers are really nice and knowledgable. The school is really affordable. They even have VA tuition assistance available. School is available for English and Vietnamese learner. I would reccomend this school. ~ Xuan B

The Coste Verde shopping center is closed due to remodeling so Supercut won't operate for at least another year or 2 so I found AAA Beauty School by chance. Suzanne the instructor did a great job on my hair. She's has over 50 years experience. I highly recommend. ~ niacal4nia

I am very grateful to AAA Beauty College for helping me achieve my dream of becoming a licensed cosmetologist. From the very beginning, I was impressed by how professional and efficient the office staff were. They guided me through the enrollment process and paperwork quickly and made everything easy to understand. The instructors, especially Mrs. Lee Kieu, were patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. They provided excellent guidance in both theory and practical training, creating a supportive learning environment that helped me gain confidence and develop my skills. One thing I truly appreciate about AAA Beauty College is that it is an environment where all students are disciplined, serious about their education, and committed to their goals. Students support and encourage one another, creating a positive atmosphere where everyone can learn, grow, and develop together. Because I had to balance both work and school, managing my responsibilities was not easy. However, with the encouragement, support, and instruction I received from the teachers, I was able to successfully prepare for the California State Board Exam and pass on my very first attempt. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Mrs. Van, Mrs. Giang, Mrs. Linh, and others for their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to helping students succeed.
